Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Tralee (Onsite)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. You will support both on-site and field-based sales professionals, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to achieve their targets while building strong customer relationships. As a key leader, you'll foster a culture of growth, continuous learning, and team collaboration.
You will also act as a bridge between the Sales Team and other departments, removing obstacles to success and driving the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to support business growth. This role reports directly to the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a motivated, trained sales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Sales Team and field reps, ensuring timely task completion and effective communication.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, implementing Standard Operating Procedures and promoting professional growth.
- Translate Sales & Marketing strategies into actionable, measurable goals for the team.
- Analyze sales performance and address any gaps in results with the team.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth execution of strategies and exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide necessary resources and support for the team to meet customer needs.
- Drive business growth by leading the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in construction, with a focus on team leadership and development.
- Proven people management experience is required.
- Proven ability to manage employees both onsite and remote teams effectively.
- Data-driven sales management with a history of using data to improve performance.
- Strong attention to detail and efficient strategy execution.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams and departments.
- Strong commercial acumen and client-focused solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
- Full Irish driver's license.
