The Company
A well-established and rapidly growing asset management firm based in Dublin is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join its investment team. The company is authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland as a UCITS & AIFM Management Company with a MiFID top-up and manages a diverse range of funds, including fund-of-funds, single strategy funds, and structured solutions.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Structured Product Solutions, you will play a key role in developing new structured funds and managing them on a daily basis. This position is ideal for a self-starter with strong analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and progression, with flexibility to work remotely for part of the week as part of a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in structuring new fund ideas.
- Conducting detailed analysis and product back-testing.
- Identifying optimal payoff profiles based on prevailing market conditions.
- Coordinating fund launch processes internally and externally.
- Developing internal derivatives pricing and management tools.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare documentation for fund launches, investment committees, and board meetings.
- Enhancing and streamlining internal processes where needed.
Profile & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in investment management, structured products, or derivatives trading.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Visual Basic is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of derivatives, ideally with experience as a trader or structurer.
- Passion for financial markets and investment strategies.
- Independent, proactive, and capable of taking initiative.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
