Programme Manager - Financial Services (Senior Manager level)

Overview:

• Lead and deliver large-scale, complex change programmes for financial services clients

• Oversee full programme lifecycle - strategy to execution - ensuring alignment with client objectives

• Manage cross-functional teams, PMO operations, and governance forums

• Act as senior delivery lead, engaging C-suite stakeholders with tailored insights and direction

• Drive risk, issue and dependency management; track financials and benefits realisation

• Mentor consultants and contribute to thought leadership and business development

• Represent the firm at internal meetings and industry events

Required Experience:

• 12+ years delivering business transformation within financial services (e.g. banking, insurance)

• Expertise in business/IT alignment and stakeholder management

• Strong financial, resource and risk governance skills

• Consulting experience with deep domain knowledge in areas such as risk, credit, finance

• Accredited in PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), PMP or similar frameworks

Preferred:

• Experience in regulatory, digital or agile transformations

• Familiarity with Clarity or similar project tools
