We are currently hiring on behalf of our client in South Dublin for an administrator to support their Project Management Team on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for an organised candidate with excellent attention to detail and strong MS office skills.
What will I be doing?
- Providing administrative support to the Project Manager
- Assisting with reporting activities related to project purchases, expenses and timesheets
- Creating and maintaining accurate reports
- Drafting, formatting and updating documents
- Data entry and maintenance
- Ensuring all documentation is kept up to data and accurate
What is required?
- Previous experience working in an administrative role, previous experience with project administration would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
- Previous experience in the construction industry would be advantageous
