Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion across various sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and fit-outs.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Oversee quality control, risk management, and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior project management staff (depending on your experience level).
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in project management (minimum 1-2 years for junior roles, 5+ years for senior roles).
- A background in construction, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in sectors like residential, commercial, healthcare, or education is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- A relevant degree or qualification in Project Management or a related discipline is desirable.
- A client-focused approach and ability to work effectively in team environments.
