Prudential Compliance Manager

Morgan mcKinley are now working with a reputable and market leading banking group. They are seeking to hire a compliance manager who will be responsible for prudential compliance monitoring reviews for 1LOD and 2LOD in line with Compliance frameworks

Responsibilities

• Prudential compliance monitoring reviews
• Oversee and challenge the 1st and 2nd line of defence in line with current regulatory compliance framework
• Oversight of compliance ad regulatory related policies and procedures.
• Encourage and implement risk management mitigation across control functions
• Conduct prudential compliance and risk report

As the Prudential Compliance Manager you will have

• Experience in managing compliance with prudential regulation.
• 6-8 years experience in a similar role, at least 2 years at management level.
• Finance degree
• Compliance or regulatory certification advantageous.
