Senior Fund Accounting Analyst

6-month FTC based in Dublin. 3 days on site

This position is within a leading European asset servicing firm, focusing on Fund Accounting. The successful candidate will act as the primary client contact for day-to-day Fund Accounting support, oversee operations, and contribute to service improvement and project delivery. They will ensure high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and responsiveness in client service, while supporting new fund launches and other key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily oversight and client support for allocated fund accounting clients
• Ensure process accuracy, timeliness, and quality
• Provide subject matter expertise and support projects
• Continuously improve workflows and service delivery
• Implement actions for new fund setups, conversions, and terminations
• Minimize risk and document procedures
• Foster a team-oriented, cliencet-focused environment

Requirements:

Must-have:

• 5 years experience in fund accounting/finance
• Experience in financial operations
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Analytical, organized, and communicative
• Industry certifications (preferred but not essential)
• Client-facing experience (preferred)
• Presentation skills
