Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, managing scope, cost, and resources.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.
- Manage project actions, risks, and decisions, ensuring GMP change controls are generated and owned.
- Collaborate with resource managers to allocate resources effectively.
- Promote compliance with cGMP and safety standards, driving a culture of accountability.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5-8 years in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing, with a minimum of 3 years in a project management role.
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver successful outcomes.
- Skills: Strong project management expertise with knowledge of critical path management, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate challenges and solutions effectively.
- Bonus Skills: Agile/Lean methodologies and MES implementation experience are highly desirable.
Tools & Systems
Experience with Smartsheet, MS Office Suite, MS Project, and GMP systems like Trackwise is advantageous.
