Temp Medical Receptionist

Are you a seasoned Medical Secretary passionate about contributing to private healthcare in Dublin city centre? We're looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team in a busy GP practice for a one week temporary contract role at the beginning of May (with potential for future dates)

Working hours: 09.00 - 13.00

We're looking for someone who has:

• At least 1 years' experience as a Medical Secretary within a GP practice
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience managing patient appointments, medical records, and various administrative tasks efficiently.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Full working authorisation in Ireland

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, both in person and via phone.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and privacy
• Assist all patients in a professional and discreet manner
