My client, with operations across the SouthEast, has a number of vacancies for Sales Administrators to join their fast-paced logistics operations in both their Waterford and Kilkenny sites. These roles will suit a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator as it is a hands-on role that combines both office administration and face-to-face interaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives under pressure, and enjoys working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the sales and logistics teams
- Handle sales queries with a high level of professionalism.
- Process sales orders, delivery dockets, purchase orders, and invoices
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general customer queries
- Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and collections
- Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring smooth communication across departments
- Support with stock checks and reporting when required
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' admin experience (ideally in a logistics, transport, or sales setting)
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident dealing with people in a busy, fast paced organisation
- Excellent administrative and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
