Work with the Regional Head to develop and implement ethics and compliance initiatives across APAC, including measures to drive compliance with the Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy, Competition Compliance Policy, and other relevant compliance policies
Conduct outreach regarding ethics and compliance matters and serve as a point of contact between the Compliance team and various business partners
Establish working relationships with functional leaders and promote first line accountability for risk, ethics, and compliance issues
Provide on-going compliance advice and support on compliance risk mitigations
Plan and conduct targeted risk assessment
Provide regional advice on higher-risk compliance approval requests and third-party engagement review escalations
Plan and conduct tailored ethics and compliance training & communications for internal stakeholders and third parties such as resellers
Review third-party engagements for potential ethical and compliance risks; manage compliance due diligence, oversight, and monitoring of higher-risk third parties and advise the business on relevant mitigation measures
Apply regional knowledge and expertise to identify and recommend opportunities for programmatic and policy improvements, and work in collaboration with other Compliance verticals to implement such improvements
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience working with compliance, privacy or legal, ideally within multinational technology or commerce firms
Work proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is a must
Experience planning and conducting risk assessments and/or audits
Experience with Compliance, Privacy, or Integrity Programs
Experience building and applying business ethics framework and principles
Ability to rapidly develop working relationships while working cross-functionally with multiple geographies
Knowledge of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of the US
