Key Responsibilities:
✔ Stakeholder Management - Engage and influence senior leaders and retail teams.
✔ Requirement Gathering & Analysis - Work with customers to define business needs and recommend solutions.
✔ Project Delivery - Oversee POS implementations, ensuring smooth integration and performance.
✔ Process Improvement - Identify and implement efficiencies to enhance customer operations.
✔ Leadership & Strategy - Guide internal teams and mentor colleagues to drive project success.
What We're Looking For:
✅ 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in a complex retail environment.
✅ Strong understanding of retail operations and POS systems.
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
✅ Ability to lead projects and influence strategy at a senior level.
