About The Role
As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and deploying end-to-end procurement strategies to ensure it's cost effectiveness and competitiveness across the enterprise within a centralized procurement department.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full S2C process alongside with business users, for instance supplier & vendor selections, contractual obligations, cost negotiations and management, etc
- Strategize and implement cost effective and competitive end-to-end procurement activities for responsible categories (Marketing, Corporate Service, and Labour & Service contracts)
- Implement end-to-end workflow management and ensure all sourcing activities are conducted according to the best overall interest of the company
- Drive and streamline procurement operations excellence for the P2P process for the enhancement of business efficiency
- Take lead in achieving cost saving initiatives whilst maintaining quality and standards throughout the services procured
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, or any other relevant disciplines of studies
- Minimum 7 years of indirect procurement experience, preferably with the exposure to a centralized procurement department
- Individuals with CIPS/ MCIPS Membership is highly preferred
- Previous sourcing experience for the categories of Marketing, Corporate Service, and Labour & Service Contracts
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Excellent communication skills to ensure business stakeholder's directions and requirements are executed accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborative partnerships and engage effective negotiations in a professional manner
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the title of Senior Procurement Manager
