Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Conduct business impact analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into detailed functional/technical specifications
- Evaluate and recommend system improvements or new technologies
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- Monitor milestones, budgets, and deliverables using Agile, PMP, or other methodologies
- Resolve roadblocks and ensure timely project completion
Change Management
- Develop training materials, user guides, and conduct briefing sessions
- Facilitate smooth transitions for system/process changes
- Provide post-implementation support and address user concerns
Technical Leadership
- Stay updated on trends (e.g., cloud platforms, Microservices, AI, data analytics)
- Advise teams on best practices for case management, document management, and web-based solutions
- Collaborate with developers on solutions using Java, Python, or Power BI (advantageous)
- Build strong relationships with business units, IT teams, and vendors
- Align projects with organizational IT strategy and roadmaps
- Assist in vendor management, contracts, and procurement processes
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree* in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, IT project management, or similar roles
- Proven track record in implementing *case management systems, cloud technologies, or data analytics platforms
- Strong knowledge of:
- Web/cloud-based solutions (e.g., SaaS, AWS/Azure)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Document management systems and Microservices architecture
- Familiarity with programming (Java/Python) and AI technologies is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or in teams
