CRM Campaign Development Manager (55K)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective user engagement strategies for the loyalty program.
• Analyze user data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate daily promotional reports.
• Collaborate with all business units to ensure alignment of CRM strategies with the payment team's OKRs.
• Identify and nurture new partnership opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM processes, policies, and customer interactions.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify issues and enhance payment products, services, and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably within the payment industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work as a collaborative team player while also being self-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
