Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, offering products such as FX hedging, lending, and cash management.
- Conduct FX trades (SPOT, FWD, NDF, FX OPTIONS, etc.) with various liquidity providers, using different trading platforms, including Bloomberg and Reuters.
- Partner with sales teams to drive business development by understanding client environments, strategies, and industries to provide customized solutions.
- Keep abreast of competitors' strengths and weaknesses to effectively position our offerings.
- Meet dealer-specific KPIs, focusing on repeat and new business revenues, minimizing client churn, upselling high-margin products, and increasing wallet share.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships through regular meetings.
- Share insights with technology and product managers while expanding current business opportunities.
- Generate new business through networking and referrals from existing clients.
Requirements
- Significant experience in FX sales or relationship management; a strong network of contacts is beneficial.
- Understanding of compliance requirements is essential.
- A degree in business or finance is preferred.
- Previous or current experience in FX dealing, offering hedging strategies to SMEs and corporates.
- Ideally, experience in corporate FX sales or payments-related sales within a B2B context.
