Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO, you would manage the full-fledged human resources function, managing a team of about 20-30 people. You will be a key business partner to the various department heads. You will also conduct hands-on talent acquisition duties for senior and executive level hires, and key positions. You will also lead to revamp the current compensation and benefits structure and commission scheme, especially for the front-line sales staff. You will also derive data analytics and conduct analysis on their P&L from the HR perspective.
