About the role
In this strategic role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to craft and deliver forward-thinking learning programs, blending traditional and digital approaches to support leadership development, onboarding, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic learning and development initiatives aligned with business and employee growth objectives.
- Lead onboarding and integration programmes for senior hires, including surveys, workshops, and materials development.
- Manage the L&D budget to ensure full utilisation and compliance with internal standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-impact training solutions and leadership programmes.
- Deliver training sessions, including induction and skills development programmes, across various levels.
- Oversee regulatory compliance of learning processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and guide a small team, including coordination on budget-related matters.
Requirements
- 10+ years' relevant experience in Learning & Development from large organisations.
- Track record in designing and executing training programmes up to leadership level.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and modern learning methodologies, including digital learning strategies.
- Exceptional organisational, project management, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities; a collaborative team player.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
