    Responsibilities

    Strategic responsibilities

    • Develop and implement wellness strategies:

    Create and launch comprehensive well-being programs, including fitness, nutrition, and stress management initiatives.

    • Align with company goals:

    Ensure wellness initiatives support the overall strategic objectives of the organization.

    • Conduct research:

    Stay current on health and wellness trends to enhance and improve programs.

    • Budget management:

    Collaborate on budgets, forecast expenditures, and manage costs for all wellness programs and resources.

    • Report on effectiveness:

    Analyze data to measure the impact and return on investment of programs and report findings to senior management.

    Operational responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of health and wellness programs.
    • Manage vendors: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and healthcare providers.
    • Ensure compliance: Make sure all programs comply with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Manage resources: Oversee the use of equipment, materials, and other resources for wellness programming.
    • Lead and guide staff: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to health and wellness staff and teams.
    • Promote engagement: Organize wellness committees and facilitate communication to gather employee feedback.

    Communication and collaboration

    • Collaborate with other departments:

    Work with other teams and leaders to integrate wellness into the company culture.

    • Communicate with stakeholders:

    Communicate the importance of wellness and share program updates with employees and leadership.

    • Build partnerships:

    Work with internal and external partners, including medical professionals, to ensure program success.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from a globally recognised university
    • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure in the healthcare sector
    • Medical professionals or candidates from consulting firms with relevant experience would be strongly preferred
    • Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
