Partnership Distribution - Insurance

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms to drive sales and achieve business targets
• Acquire new brokers and partners to expand distribution networks and grow the business
• Support the development and execution of strategies for partnership distribution channels
• Conduct market research and analysis to support product development and market positioning
• Create and deliver training materials and provide regular market and product updates to partners
• Act as the primary liaison for broker inquiries, product training, and sales support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with at least 3-4 years of experience in the broker channel, life insurance sector preferred
• Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 3 is a must
• Proficient across Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
• Strong customer-centric mindset with an established network of brokers
• Excellent presentation and training skills
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Skilled in computer applications, including Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a lower-grade role
