    Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Business Development Executive, on behalf of our client. The Business Development Executive will cover the Southeast Leinster region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in foodservice, hospitality, or culinary environments who is commercially minded and passionate about high-quality food.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow new and existing foodservice accounts
    • Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular call cycles
    • Identify and convert new business opportunities
    • Introduce new food solutions and expand existing offerings
    • Analyse sales performance and plan territory activity accordingly
    • Work closely with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in the foodservice industry
    • Strong understanding of sales, margin, and commercial targets
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Full, clean driving licence
    • Hospitality, retail, or culinary background is an advantage
