As a Business Analyst, you'll work end-to-end on requirements management for a web-based digital tool designed to streamline risk management. You'll engage in workshops, analyse current and future states, create user stories and support testing.
Collaborating with a dynamic team across delivery change and development, you'll play a critical role in driving digital innovation.
As the successful candidate, you will offer:
- Strong business analysis or relevant consulting experience, having worked across web-based digital projects, online portals, or automation.
- Demonstrated financial services domain experience.
- The proven ability to manage end-to-end requirements in a collaborative environment.
- Exposure to change management practices.
- Expertise in conducting workshops, current state analysis, future state design and user story creation.
- Human-centred design experience.
- The ability to influence and manage relationships at all levels.
- An understanding of risk management practices.
