Business Process Analyst

As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, analysing and improving business processes to drive efficiency and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting the business as it scales and evolves.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document existing processes across the business.
- Identifying areas for process improvement, streamlining workflows and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Supporting the design and implementation of new processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analysing data to provide insights and recommendations to improve decision-making.
- Assist in the development of business process documentation, including process maps and SOPs.
- Work closely with project teams to track and monitor process changes and outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will offer:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar Business Process Analyst role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to document processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
- Experience in property, construction, or related industries is a plus (but not essential).
