Overview
You will join our dynamic sales force in developing new businesses and providing professional solutions to our potential clients. The key to your success will be in your drive and ambition to win new businesses, and your ability to generate opportunities through successful relationship management of your client accounts.
The Role:
- Proactively working to build new logos within the assigned territory or using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build strong service pipeline of at least two times of given field plan.
- Plan for penetration to attack new logo strategic account by providing consultancy and solutioning to customers with Managed Services as a selling approach.
- Perform in-depth analysis, conduct surveys and interviews with customers during site visits to uncover existing problems and requirements
- Analyse data from study findings to identify areas of improvement through process re-engineering and performing financial calculations
- Work with other business units to design the best-in-class document solution
- Write reports and present study results to customers at the C-level
- Be a trusted advisor to both our internal and external customers and deliver good customer signature experience based on Fujifilm Business Innovations Singapore's core values.
- Follow up each sales engagement cycle closely with prompt response and fast execution of proposed plan or recommendation to customer working professionally with internal Line of Business or stakeholders with our go to market activities.
- Deliver and achieve sales targets consistently with assigned KPIs in offering Managed Services with services and solutions business within the financial year.
- Continue to upgrade and enhance oneself with planned domain specialization to continue to learn to stay relevant and be able to provide subject matter expertise in our business.
Requirements:
- Good experience in providing Managed Service offering with similar or related software or solution background in Digital Transformation.
- A team player who can coach colleagues and Account Managers in engaging customers through services, create value with differentiation to competitor, resulting in increase in sales revenue and great teamwork.
- Strong understanding of service level agreements (SLAs)
- Possess strong business acumen and financial awareness
- Analytical skills, Business Negotiation, Contract Negotiation skills
