As the HR Manager you will hold a key leadership position within the organisation and be responsible for cultivating a people-focused, high-performance culture. The successful candidate will lead the HR team, ensure consistent and effective employee relations across the business, and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-caliber talent.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and people-focused culture across the organisation.
- Lead, coach, and support HR teams and people managers to embed modern, values-driven leadership practices.
- Oversee payroll operations across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
- Develop and implement compliant, business-aligned HR policies and procedures that comply with employment legislation and align with the organization's strategic direction.
- Drive talent acquisition, learning, and development to support business and career growth.
- Build strong external partnerships with academic institutions and professional bodies to support long-term talent acquisition and workforce development.
- Lead all aspects of employee and industrial relations, including union negotiations, grievance and disciplinary processes, and third-party representations.
- Strengthen staff engagement through effective internal communications and cultural initiatives.
- Support regional HR business partners in the delivery of HR services and initiatives.
- Deliver actionable people analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to execute the organisation's people strategy.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements across HR processes and systems.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in a senior HR role, ideally in manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in employment law, ER/IR, and talent management.
- Strong, people-first mindset paired with proven knowledge of best practices from high-performing, people-oriented organisations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that build trust and demonstrate strong integrity and personal credibility.
- Demonstrated project management expertise with the ability to engage stakeholders and consistently deliver projects on time.
