Sales Office Administrator
Multiple Locations - Tipperary
Permanent, Full time Position
I am currently working with a leading distribution company who are seeking a to hire a number of experienced Sales Administrators for multiple sites in Co Tipperary.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Assign calls to drivers and appropriate departments.
- Manage driver tracking inquiries efficiently.
- Direct service-related queries to the relevant teams.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
- Address sales-related queries professionally and promptly.
- Ensure all administrative reports are completed and shift handovers are conducted.
- Maintain accurate records of queries in the database.
- Follow up on delivery inquiries to ensure resolution.
- Support management with daily administrative responsibilities.
Relevant Experience:
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of best practices in a fast-paced business environment.
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office along with strong IT skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and communication skills required.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- This person will be extremely personable and flexible
- Full Drivers License
