As the APAC Operational Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in the design, delivery and evaluation of operational training across the region and work closely with the group Learning and Development team to develop best in class learning & development programmes. You will work collaboratively with leaders across the region to ensure learnings are embedded and collaborate with other support functions across the organisation to analyse learning outcomes, always looking for opportunities to improve performance. You will contribute to key projects to support the businesses in achieving its strategic objectives.
Here are some things to expect in your day-to-day:
- Design and Deliver Blended Learning Solutions: Develop and facilitate innovative and flexible learning programmes that meet the operational and strategic needs of the APAC region. This includes both in-person and digital learning experiences.
- Collaborate with Regional and Global Stakeholders: Work closely with leaders across the APAC region, as well as with the global Learning & Development and Performance teams, to ensure that learning initiatives align with business goals and cultural nuances within the region.
- Operational Training and Development: Provide subject matter expertise in operational training, creating solutions that enhance employee performance and improve engagement across a diverse workforce.
- Programme Innovation and Improvement: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery and engagement. Work with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to embed learnings and drive improvements.
- Support Strategic Projects: Contribute to key regional and global L&D initiatives, such as the onboarding programme, leadership development, and specialised training programmes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure programmes are successfully implemented and meet business objectives.
- Maintain Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all learning programmes meet internal and external compliance standards, and align with industry best practices. Maintain accurate training records to support regulatory and professional development requirements.
- Promote a Learning Culture: Champion learning and development within the region, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth across all levels of the organisation.
