Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs across multiple service lines.
- Lead the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for mid- to senior-level positions.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify workforce planning needs and design effective hiring solutions.
- Build and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-caliber talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and ensure hiring targets are met.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement global talent acquisition programs locally.
- Manage external recruitment vendors and oversee campus hiring strategies.
Required skills
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within professional services or a multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of the Japanese recruitment market, including labor laws and hiring practices.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Japanese and English.
