Roles/Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and corporate policies, mitigating HR risks.
- Partner with global and regional HR teams to localize and execute global HR strategies.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to support organizational success.
Required skills
- Extensive HRBP experience, preferably within professional services or multinational organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive HR strategy.
