Roles/Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner for senior leaders, aligning HR priorities with the business's objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, ensuring the division attracts and retains top talent.
- Implement strategies for performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Support organizational design and change management initiatives within the audit division.
- Provide expertise on employee relations, ensuring compliance with Japanese labor laws and firm policies.
- Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to adapt and execute global HR programs locally.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Required skills
- Significant HRBP experience in professional services or a multinational corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of Japan's labor laws and HR regulations.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision-making.
