Leading global professional services provider, is seeking an Expert to support the growth and operational excellence of its Global Business Services team.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to the Global Business Services team, assisting with complex issues related to accounting, payroll, and HR services.
- Act as the go-to expert on local regulations, ensuring operations comply with all relevant laws and standards.
- Review the quality and accuracy of deliverables to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high service standards.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, offering professional and timely responses to technical and compliance-related questions.
- Participate in client meetings, acting as a trusted advisor to clarify regulatory requirements and address any local compliance concerns.
Required skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of local regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Must possess Nissho Boki (日商簿記) Grade 2 certification or higher.
Preferred skills
- Recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and local tax, payment, or accounting standards.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
