Roles/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to align AI solutions with customer support needs.
- Liaise between customers and technical teams to incorporate feedback into product enhancements.
- Monitor and report on AI technology effectiveness, adjusting strategies for optimal outcomes.
- Implement and enhance AI copilot capabilities for customer support operators.
- Drive improvements in customer interactions using chatbots, NLU, and knowledge management systems.
- Develop and optimize FAQ, IVR, ASR, and TTS technologies.
Required skills
- Fluent in Japanese and English with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships and demonstrating the impact of technology on business operations.
- Passionate about LLM and GenAI to enhance customer experiences.
Preferred skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong project management skills in multinational environments.
- Recognized contributions to tech communities or conferences.
