Roles/Responsibilities
- Plan and implement quality improvement initiatives for IT/DX promotion projects.
- Act as PM, PMO, or QMO for IT/DX projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Develop and implement training programs for digital talent skill enhancement.
- Conduct technical verification and system development using cloud services, including architecture and platform tools.
- Collaborate closely with managers and engineers to improve the quality of system development.
Required skills
- Over 5 years of experience in system development, operation, and maintenance in consulting, SIer, or IT departments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT services, systems, and software development (equivalent to Applied Information Technology certification).
- Experience in system requirement definition, including non-functional requirements, and project management (5+ years).
Preferred skills
- Vendor certifications for cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong communication, presentation, and logical thinking skills.
- Advanced IT certifications (e.g., Applied or Advanced Information Processing certifications).
