Application Automation Engineer (Haken)

Develop and enhance security tools as an Application Automation Engineer for a leading tech company.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts to meet operational needs.
• Refactor existing codebase to improve performance and scalability.
• Track and resolve issues in automation scripts efficiently.
• Collaborate with the global security team to create impactful tools and scripts.
• Engineer solutions for processing data collected from automation scripts and systems.

Required skills

• 3-5 years of development experience in Python (Python 3 mandatory).
• Proficiency in Python-based web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and Linux operating systems (daily operations).

Preferred skills

• Knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing tools and concepts (e.g., CloudSDK).
• Familiarity with SQL databases such as MariaDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
