Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Work closely with clients to configure and customize solutions based on their business needs.
- Provide technical and functional expertise throughout the deployment process.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, engineering, and customer success, to enhance implementation efficiency.
- Identify and resolve challenges during the deployment phase to ensure client satisfaction.
Required skills
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation, SaaS deployment, or enterprise software consulting.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or industry-specific SaaS platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English (a must).
