Lead cybersecurity strategies and operations, driving success during the critical launch phase of projects and frameworks！
Roles/Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with client executives to develop and lead comprehensive security strategies.
- Oversee large-scale projects, including security assessments, risk evaluations, and improvement planning.
- Establish and support the operations of security frameworks such as SOCs and CSIRTs.
- Design and implement solutions tailored to the latest security threats and trends.
- Support the execution of security governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
- Lead cross-departmental and cross-functional teams to address client security challenges effectively.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Required skills
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or IT consulting.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing teams or projects.
- Strong communication skills to engage with executives and clients effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of system development, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, or security.
- Japanese language skill: Native or N1 Certificate
Preferred skills
- Security-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Registered Information Security Specialist).
- Expertise in cloud security or zero-trust architecture.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
