Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing and business development initiatives for the Tokyo office, including strategic planning and growth-related projects.
- Prepare client-facing materials such as proposals, presentations, and professional profiles.
- Maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Create and manage client contact lists for digital marketing and communication campaigns.
- Prepare submissions for industry directories and award programs.
- Monitor industry news and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate ad hoc tasks such as translation work and cross-regional collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 1-2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field, ideally within professional services.
- Experience or familiarity with Asian markets is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM databases.

- Strong commercial awareness and professional attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Japanese: Native level
