Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact during client onboarding for institutional accounts including asset managers, hedge funds, and corporates.

- Ensure compliance with regional and global KYC/AML standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including front office, compliance, and tech.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-5 years in client services, onboarding, or operations within investment banking or financial services.
- Junior applicants with strong financial knowledge and drive will be considered.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML and onboarding workflows in Japan and globally.
- Experience with CRM or onboarding platforms is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese and English.
- High attention to detail with strong project management capabilities.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate to Business level
