This is a highly practical Offensive Security consulting role focused on exposing real-world attack paths and strengthening enterprise cyber resilience.
As a Cyber Security Consultant specialising in Red Team and TLPT, you will simulate advanced cyber attacks to identify true organisational weaknesses and drive meaningful security improvements.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on technical skills who want to operate at the cutting edge of offensive security within a global consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Red Team operations and Threat-Led Penetration Testing (TLPT) engagements.
- Design realistic attack scenarios, conduct intrusion simulations, and perform end-to-end validation and assessment.
- Collaborate with defensive teams through Purple Teaming to improve detection and response capabilities.
- Deliver practical and actionable security improvement recommendations based on test results.
- Prepare and present findings to executives and security leadership, including reports and briefing materials.
- Design and conduct cybersecurity training and attack simulation exercises.
- Collaborate with global Red Team members to apply the latest attack techniques and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Hands-on experience in Red Team operations or TLPT, including scenario-based penetration testing.
- Experience designing attack scenarios and executing cyber attack simulations.
- Practical experience conducting risk assessments and security improvement proposals based on testing results.
- Experience preparing client-facing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Strong ethical standards with the ability to operate in full compliance with laws and regulations.
Soft Skills:

- Ability to balance technical depth and business perspective.

- Japanese: Native
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Penetration testing experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience as a lead or core member on Red Team or TLPT engagements.
- Experience developing attack tools or malware, or building testing environments.
- Practical use of MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
- Security certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSEE, CRTP, CRTO, CRTL, CARTP.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English.
