Finance Manager (Investment Bank)

In-house Finance Manager opportunity at a well-established organization.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Prepare head office reporting for group financial and management report consolidation.
• Handle local regulatory reporting, including Capital Adequacy Ratio.
• Monitor budgeting, NBI, and cost performance.
• Perform accounting control, reconciliation, and update procedures/user guides.
• Support CFO Japan with audits, liquidity management, and project involvement.

Required skills

• Fluent proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Working experience in Accounting, Financial Regulatory Reporting areas.

Preferred skills

• Familiarity with banking, securities firms business.

• Capability to analyze financial reports and data.
• Skilled at finding solutions in accounting, budgeting, and financial management.
