Roles/Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Secure high-quality used vehicles, adjust inventory based on market trends, and maintain stock.
- Sales Management: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, lead and train the sales team, and boost motivation.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Create the department's budget, monitor revenue and expenses, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Compliance and Marketing: Ensure regulatory compliance, manage documentation, and drive promotional efforts through marketing activities and local partnerships.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar management or operational role in the automotive industry.
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry, especially the used car sales business.
Preferred skills
- Experience in sales and a strong understanding of dealer financial logic and KPIs.
- Proficiency with CRM and dealer management software.
- Ability to analyze current situations and develop corrective actions.
