In this role, you will manage projects and product backlogs for Kubernetes-based container platforms and service mesh environments, playing a key role in driving platform growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, progress tracking, and risk management for container platform services
- Manage product backlogs and develop mid-to-long-term roadmaps for platform growth
- Handle billing reports, KPI analysis (sales, cost, profit), and support budget planning
- Forecast infrastructure demand and allocate resources based on priorities
- Act as a bridge between platform teams and internal stakeholders, including communication and user feedback
- Lead daily DevOps operations by prioritising, assigning, and tracking engineering tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience with SDLC and project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Experience in development or project management within Web, Cloud, Linux, or Software environments
- Proven experience leading meetings and documenting discussions in English
- Strong track record of meeting deadlines and delivering projects
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Strong motivation for continuous learning and career growth
- Ability to lead technical discussions and align stakeholders
Language Requirements:
- English: Business level
- Japanese: Basic level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and familiarity with AI tools
- Basic scripting skills (Python or Shell)
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
