Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Spring Framework and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Lead a team of 5-6 engineers to achieve project goals on schedule under high-pressure conditions.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins and Git for streamlined service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while adhering to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to maintain system reliability and scalability.
Required skills
- 3+ years of experience with the Spring Framework.
- 3+ years of hands-on front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proven team leadership experience, managing 5-6 engineers under tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
