- In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, while fostering a culture of innovation and high performance. You will be responsible for driving key HR initiatives in areas such as talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance.
- Lead recruitment efforts and implement talent development strategies.
- Manage performance management processes and support employee development.
- Address employee relations issues and ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to implement corporate policies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and global HR standards.
Required skills
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering or generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of Japanese labor laws and HR practices.
- Bilingual in English and Japanese.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
