Roles/Responsibilities
- In this role, you will work closely with business units to provide comprehensive HR support, driving key initiatives across talent management, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. You will help shape a people-focused culture while ensuring compliance with local and global HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Support the recruitment process, from talent acquisition to onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Lead initiatives in performance management, training, and career development.
Required skills
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering or generalist functions.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR best practices.
- Bilingual in English and Japanese.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
