Roles/Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment efforts.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Manage payroll processes and liaise with external vendors as needed.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR best practices.
