IT Infrastructure Manager (contracting start)

Our client is seeking a bilingual professional to lead their IT Infrastructure Operations for corporate and retail systems.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage IT Infrastructure team including networks, retail systems, cloud servers, and asset management
• Partner with business to define and execute IT strategies in line with commercial and technical goals
• Oversee security and compliance, working with global HQ to define standards
• Manage IT budget and vendors
• Ensure IT service delivery to corporate and store end-users

Required skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations, ideally leadership/management
• Business fluency in Japanese a must
• Experience supporting retail systems like POS
