IT Tradefloor Support

Our client is seeking for an IT support professional to support their trade operations.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Support the trade operations, ensuring service delivery of IT infrastructure and applications
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues and minimize business impact
• Maintain trade logs and administer user accounts and database
• Support IT projects as main technical personnel
• Work with group IT team to support operations across group

Required skills

• Professional experience in technical support for application and infrastructure side
• Strong business fluency in Japan a must; users are Japanese speaking
• Ability to provide technical support in fast-paced, trade environment
