Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key manufacturing clients in Japan across business and IT/DX consulting domains.
- Develop and execute market and account strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Drive revenue growth and market penetration through both direct and indirect sales channels.
- Increase sales productivity by improving pipeline quality, win rates, and overall business development efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Client Sales Leads and internal stakeholders to maximize account value and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience proposing business transformation, IT solutions, or system integration projects.
- Strong industry experience and network within manufacturing, automotive, heavy industry, semiconductor, or hi-tech sectors.
- Proven track record building relationships with department heads and CxO-level stakeholders.
- Background in sales, consulting, or delivery roles within manufacturing-related industries.
Soft Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with partners, clients, and internal teams.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent (mandatory)
