Our client, a global leader in healthcare and life sciences, is seeking a bilingual Network Voice Engineer to support unified communications across its international operations. You'll ensure a seamless user experience by managing telephony, conferencing, and virtual collaboration tools, working closely with cross-border teams in a modern, tech-forward environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for unified communications, including IP telephony, conferencing tools, and collaboration systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to deliver a seamless experience for end users
- Maintain bilingual documentation in both Japanese and English
- Manage IT assets, analyze budgets and resources, and coordinate with vendors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across regional and global offices
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-5 years in unified communications support or equivalent technical role
- Strong understanding of IP telephony, collaboration platforms, and cloud-based systems
- Working knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure
Technical Skills:
- Experience with systems like Genesys Cloud, MS Teams, Zoom, and OneDrive
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Business fluency
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Soft Skills:
- Well-organized with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with MS technology stack and virtual collaboration ecosystems
- Experience with asset management and global IT vendor coordination
